John Lennon Bus

The John Lennon Bus Project

The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus is a non-profit 501(c)(3) state-of-the-art mobile audio and HD video recording and production facility. In its sixteenth year, with the very newest technology and gear, the Bus continues to be dedicated to providing young people with tours of the studios and participation in free songwriting and multimedia production workshops. With the assistance of three on-board engineers, students learn how to write, perform, record, and produce original songs, produce and shoot music videos and documentaries and complete a broadcast quality music video – all in one day!

Ann Teed's song, "Have a Dream" was chosen by the John Lennon Songwriting Project for an ABC Nightly News special which was aired in 2002. It was a broadcast designed to coordinate with the launch of Paul McCartney's national tour, "Back in the USA". Regional musicians and students of Ann Teed were called to join the project. The same song was performed for international visual American artist Peter Max at the Friend of the Arts award held by Mill Street Loft.
